Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with demand forecasts.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding order status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination (2+ years).
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
