Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery management.
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking to identify potential delays and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Review and process complex shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and 3PL providers to optimize total landed costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate performance reports.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic fluency is highly preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
