Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to diverse client populations
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Facilitate outreach programs connecting clients with housing, employment, and healthcare resources
Qualifications
- LCSW license in New York State (required)
- 3+ years post-master's experience in clinical social work
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ and immigrant populations
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
