Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design & Strategy: Spearhead the end-to-end design of learning journeys, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Content Creation: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into digestible, interactive, and engaging learning modules.
- Technology Integration: Manage the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) to enhance learner engagement.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor learner analytics and feedback loops to continuously optimize course performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Present training roadmaps and measurable outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning and development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and experience with SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
