Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design engaging, user-centric learning experiences for a global audience.
- Develop interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into clear, concise instructional content.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and propose appropriate instructional solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Stay current with industry trends, instructional design theories, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and provide feedback on course materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design within a corporate or EdTech environment.
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Storyline 360, Rise 360) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles (Andragogy) and instructional models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
