Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent management goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from needs analysis to evaluation and ROI reporting.
- Curate and develop high-quality e-learning content and instructor-led materials for our LMS.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of learning initiatives and optimize future content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure a seamless user experience for learners.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or HR Training.
- Proven experience within the EdTech, SaaS, or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory (Andragogy) and instructional design principles (ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, TalentLMS, or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from learning analytics.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent training projects.
