Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Prescribe medications and formulate individualized care plans in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, specialists, and support staff.
- Maintain impeccable digital medical records via our proprietary EMR system.
- Educate patients on preventative care, disease management, and digital health tools.
- Mentor junior clinical staff on telehealth best practices and diagnostic efficiency.
- Participate in clinical pathway development to optimize remote patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in telehealth and digital health platforms.
- Board certification as an FNP, ANP, or AGNP.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport via video consultation.
- Proficiency in EMR software and basic telemedicine hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong commitment to patient advocacy and evidence-based medicine.
