Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of industrial R&D experience with proven project leadership
- Expertise in nanomaterial synthesis or battery technology
- Strong track record of translating research to market-ready products
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (SEM, XRD, electrochemical testing)
- Demonstrated success in securing government grants and corporate funding
