Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full research lifecycle for AI/ML projects, from hypothesis generation to production deployment.
- Design and prototype novel algorithms to solve high-impact business problems.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate research findings into scalable products.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Present findings at internal and external conferences or publish in peer-reviewed journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the AI, Robotics, or Software industry.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or contributing to open-source projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
