Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch, for complex web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and excellence.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design skills, user-centered methodologies, and successful product launches.
- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research, translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
