Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced predictive models for disease diagnosis and treatment optimization

- Develop FDA-compliant algorithms for medical device software and clinical decision support systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to validate models in real-world clinical environments

Qualifications
- PhD in Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or related quantitative field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL with proven implementation of healthcare-specific ML models
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, FDA regulations, and medical data privacy standards
- Published research in computational medicine or healthcare AI (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner
- Strong background in causal inference and longitudinal data analysis for medical applications
- Certification in Healthcare Data Privacy (CHDP) or equivalent preferred
