You will bridge the gap between complex pedagogical theories and engaging, high-impact digital learning experiences for a global audience.
You will lead cross-functional teams, overseeing the design lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that every module we launch drives measurable learner success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into accessible, learner-centric curricula.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on content and improve overall engagement rates.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of courses within our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions to foster innovation within the curriculum team.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to WCAG accessibility standards and corporate brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale digital learning projects.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate tight deadlines in an agile environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
