Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into engaging learner journeys.
- Lead the migration and optimization of content within our proprietary LMS and external platforms like Canvas.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on curriculum design and improve retention rates.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and architect tailored training solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the production quality of all digital learning assets.
- Stay at the forefront of educational technology trends, including AI-driven personalized learning and gamification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher-ed environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, and LMS administration.
- Strong grasp of ADDIE and SAM development models.
- Demonstrated ability to produce video, audio, and interactive content using multimedia software.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing complex, multi-modal learning solutions is required.
