Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative, engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical documentation into intuitive curricula.
- Maintain and optimize the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities across global departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven KPIs and learner feedback loops.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
- Stay current with emerging trends in educational technology, gamification, and micro-learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development and e-learning design.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools: Articulate 360, Captivate, and Vyond.
- Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI compliance standards.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning projects and impactful learning outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on learner-centric storytelling.
