Are you a visionary in educational technology? EduTech Innovations Global is looking for a creative Lead Instructional Designer to transform our digital learning landscape. You will lead the charge in creating immersive, high-impact training experiences that empower professionals worldwide.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable training solutions using cutting-edge e-learning tools and pedagogical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, engaging e-learning modules and instructor-led training materials.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into digestible learning assets.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables for multiple training initiatives.
- Evaluate learning outcomes through data analysis and iterate on course design to improve completion rates.
- Implement gamification and interactive elements to boost learner engagement and retention.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS).
- Mentor junior designers and provide best-practice guidance on visual and pedagogical design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate instructional design or higher education.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with SCORM/xAPI integration.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating innovative learning solutions.
