EduPulse Academy is seeking a creative and data-driven Lead Instructional Designer to spearhead the development of our next-generation online certification programs. In this role, you will transform complex subject matter into engaging, high-impact learning experiences that empower professionals globally.
You will work at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, leveraging the latest in AI-assisted content creation and interactive media to drive completion rates and learner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical documentation into intuitive learning paths.
- Implement pedagogical best practices, including gamification, micro-learning, and scenario-based simulations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assets within our custom LMS platform.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure platform compatibility and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance).
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on content effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior content developers and graphic designers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher-ed environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
- Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and SAM models.
- Experience managing LMS integrations (Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone).
- Strong visual design eye with a portfolio showcasing interactive multimedia assets.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
