Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive learning modules.
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to final deployment and evaluation.
- Implement data-driven updates to existing course materials based on learner performance metrics and feedback.
- Integrate interactive simulations, video assets, and gamified assessments to maximize knowledge retention.
- Oversee LMS configuration and ensure seamless integration of SCORM-compliant assets.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices for accessibility and universal design for learning (UDL).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate or higher education learning design.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and ADDIE/SAM methodology.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-level training projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and user-centered interaction.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholder priorities.
