Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-end e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into digestible learning paths.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from analysis to post-launch evaluation.
- Implement data-driven improvements to existing courses based on learner analytics.
- Create interactive multimedia assets, including video, animations, and gamified elements.
- Oversee LMS administration and integration with existing corporate tools.
- Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior content developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate instructional design or higher education curriculum development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale learning initiatives.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
