Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive e-learning strategies tailored to client business objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into engaging, interactive modules.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of instructional design projects, from needs assessment to final deployment.
- Manage the selection and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and LXP tools.
- Conduct regular impact analysis and learner feedback loops to refine course effectiveness.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UX-driven education design.
- Stay at the forefront of AI-driven education trends and adaptive learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate instructional design or higher education.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE and SAM design methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex LMS migrations and implementations.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity prototypes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs for curriculum optimization.
