Are you a visionary in digital learning? EduPulse Academy is seeking a creative and data-driven Lead Instructional Designer to architect our next generation of online professional development programs. You will bridge the gap between complex pedagogical theory and immersive user experiences.
You will lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts, developers, and visual designers to create high-impact learning paths that resonate with global audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and define measurable learning objectives.
- Implement gamification and interactive elements to increase learner engagement and retention.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of course materials within our enterprise LMS (Canvas/Cornerstone).
- Conduct regular QA assessments to ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and technical functionality.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to iterate and improve course effectiveness over time.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher-ed environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS.
- Demonstrated experience in managing full-lifecycle learning projects from discovery to launch.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE and SAM instructional design models.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in an agile setting.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, interactive e-learning projects is required for consideration.
