Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end e-learning curriculum using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging modules.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of our proprietary LMS platform.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to drive high-impact training strategies.
- Implement assessment frameworks and data analytics to measure learning outcomes and ROI.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and establish internal best practices for course development.
- Stay at the forefront of educational technology trends, including gamification and AI-driven personalized learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Rise, and Captivate.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-fidelity interactive learning solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting strategies to executive stakeholders.
