Are you a visionary in digital pedagogy? EduPulse Academy is seeking a creative and data-driven Lead Instructional Designer to architect our next generation of online learning experiences. You will lead a cross-functional team in developing high-impact courses that drive learner engagement and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and user-centric design, ensuring our curriculum remains at the forefront of the Education Technology industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and blended learning modules.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into accessible digital content.
- Manage the full lifecycle of course production, from storyboard to final LMS deployment.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on content effectiveness.
- Oversee quality assurance testing for multi-device compatibility and accessibility compliance.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in UX-driven learning design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-learning development within a corporate or higher-ed setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, interactive, and visually engaging learning assets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and SCORM/xAPI integrations.
