Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules for diverse corporate clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible digital content.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate and improve course efficacy.
- Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of training assets, including video, animation, and gamified assessments.
- Maintain brand consistency and instructional quality across all learning delivery platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to integrate AI-driven personalized learning paths.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an enterprise or higher education setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and leading LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and interactive storytelling.
