Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, multi-modal learning curricula for enterprise-level clients.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex data into accessible digital lessons.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of LMS implementation, from initial migration to final rollout.
- Conduct thorough learner needs assessments and gap analyses to drive content strategy.
- Implement interactive assessments, gamification, and performance-tracking metrics within the curriculum.
- Mentor junior designers and instructional developers on best practices in adult learning theory.
- Audit existing course assets to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate or higher education environment.
- Proven expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Deep working knowledge of LMS administration (Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard).
- Advanced proficiency in UI/UX principles as applied to digital learning interfaces.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating impactful e-learning projects and measurable outcomes.
