Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical requirements into compelling learning journeys.
- Lead the migration and optimization of existing course content within our enterprise LMS (Canvas/Cornerstone).
- Conduct regular learning needs assessments and impact analyses to drive course iterations.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and oversee quality assurance protocols for all digital assets.
- Implement gamification and micro-learning strategies to increase learner engagement and retention.
- Analyze data metrics to provide actionable insights for curriculum enhancement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or higher education instructional design.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level LMS migrations.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to UI/UX principles in learning environments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
