Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, multi-modal e-learning curriculum for enterprise-level platforms.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible training modules.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high-fidelity training assets.
- Analyze learning metrics and performance data to iterate on existing content and improve ROI.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and lead internal peer review sessions.
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps and ensure all milestones meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging ed-tech trends and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in instructional design, specifically within a corporate training setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio submission showcasing interactive e-learning modules is required.
