Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum architectures for higher education programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, developers, and visual designers.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to iterate on course design and accessibility.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy interactive, media-rich content.
- Conduct needs analyses to align curriculum with current industry competency standards.
- Mentor junior instructional design staff on pedagogy and technical best practices.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and resource allocation for course launches.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education or corporate training environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canvas LMS.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design instructional models.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible digital modules.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and universal design for learning.
