Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of course design from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to translate complex academic concepts into engaging digital modules.
- Oversee the integration of interactive media, gamification, and assessment tools into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct regular usability testing and data analysis to iterate on course performance and student engagement.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within higher education or corporate training.
- Expert-level proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
- Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Brightspace.
- Proven expertise in pedagogical frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing complex digital learning projects is required.
