Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of curriculum design from conceptualization to final deployment.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible digital learning paths.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce interactive media and assessments.
- Implement data-driven design strategies to optimize learner engagement and knowledge retention metrics.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for industry-leading accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Oversee the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and API-driven reporting features.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on course layouts to ensure maximum pedagogical efficacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design within an EdTech or corporate training environment.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, and LMS administration (Canvas/Moodle/Blackboard).
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating clean, professional e-learning assets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
