Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of course development, from initial needs assessment to final deployment.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into engaging, digestible content.
- Design and implement innovative multimedia learning assets, including video, interactive modules, and infographics.
- Manage the LMS platform to ensure seamless learner navigation and optimal user experience.
- Conduct data-driven evaluations to measure training effectiveness and iterate on course design.
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for rapid, scalable content creation.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to integrate AI-driven and adaptive learning technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
- Proven track record of designing programs that result in measurable performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
