Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end curriculum strategies for enterprise-level training programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical information into accessible learning modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive, multimedia-rich content (e-learning).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to ensure curriculum alignment with business objectives.
- Implement data-driven evaluation frameworks to measure learner performance and course effectiveness.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for internal staff on pedagogical best practices.
- Manage multiple project lifecycles from conceptualization through deployment and iteration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or corporate training development.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and major LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone).
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Exceptional project management skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality courseware.
- Strong technical writing abilities and the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
