Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive asynchronous and synchronous learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into intuitive course modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to build interactive, multimedia-rich courseware.
- Implement assessment strategies to track learner performance and course efficacy.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for multiple concurrent training initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on existing course content for iterative improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of learning science and emerging educational technology trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in instructional design within a corporate or academic environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or Rise.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and LXP integration.
- Exceptional visual design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile team environment.
