Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum architectures for corporate and professional training programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into engaging, digestible modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive, multimedia-rich learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted educational interventions.
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate and improve course efficacy.
- Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, from initial storyboard to final deployment in the LMS.
- Mentor junior designers on accessibility standards and modern pedagogical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, specifically within a corporate or professional training context.
- Expertise in industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or Rise.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and pedagogically sound technical content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and UI/UX principles in e-learning.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting on learning outcomes.
- Portfolio showcasing complex, high-impact instructional design projects.
