Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative, multi-modal e-learning curriculum.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into digestible learning modules.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to iterate on existing training programs.
- Manage the production timeline, ensuring high-quality standards for all digital learning assets.
- Utilize LMS platforms to configure, test, and deploy interactive courses effectively.
- Mentor junior designers on visual storytelling and instructional best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to implement emerging tools like AI-driven adaptive learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Proven expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong background in adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Proficiency in video production and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
