Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, multi-modal instructional materials including e-learning, video, and instructor-led guides.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align learning solutions with organizational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible modules.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate course effectiveness and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and manage content deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior curriculum developers and provide feedback on instructional quality.
- Stay at the forefront of EdTech trends to introduce gamification and immersive learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, specifically within a professional or corporate training setting.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Expertise in video production and graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful learning projects and outcomes.
