Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to align instructional strategies with business objectives
- Lead curriculum development for blended learning programs incorporating VR/AR simulations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and optimize user experience across platforms
- Conduct program evaluations and iterate based on performance metrics and learner feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate training or K-12 curriculum
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in learning experience design and multimedia development
- Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
