Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams including physicians, statisticians, and regulatory specialists
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for multi-center studies
- Mentor junior research staff and ensure GCP adherence
- Manage IRB submissions and maintain regulatory documentation
- Present findings at national conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 5+ years coordinating oncology clinical trials
- Experience with FDA audits and regulatory compliance
- Strong statistical analysis skills (SAS/R proficiency)
- Proven leadership in managing complex multi-site studies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
