Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Integrate BIM/Revit workflows into design processes
- Drive innovation in sustainable design and smart building solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional certification
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience with landmark projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software
- Licensure as a Registered Architect (NY State)
- Proven portfolio of award-winning commercial/residential projects
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Deep knowledge of LEED/Sustainable Design principles
