Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier ML/AI conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Proven track record of commercializing research (2+ products launched)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and Bayesian optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ researchers
