Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended programs, and instructor-led training.
- Mentor and guide a team of instructional designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy and engaging delivery.
- Apply advanced instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences.
- Develop robust evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs, iterating based on feedback and data.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology, integrating best practices into our offerings.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful instructional design projects and innovative learning solutions.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive psychology, and instructional design models.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from concept to completion.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders.
