Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative, high-impact curriculum for digital and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive learning modules.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) and EdTech tools.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on all learning materials to ensure pedagogical integrity and accessibility.
- Mentor a team of junior instructional designers and multimedia developers to maintain brand excellence.
- Analyze learner performance data to iterate and optimize existing training programs.
- Stay at the forefront of educational trends, including AI-driven personalized learning and gamification strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in curriculum development or learning experience design.
- Expert proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and the Creative Cloud suite.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale educational projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and UX principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating creative problem-solving and modern design aesthetics.
- Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
