As an HR Manager at Nexus Solutions, you'll be instrumental in supporting our 500+ employees across global offices. You'll collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, implement data-driven talent strategies, and champion employee well-being programs that set industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment strategy for key technical and operational roles
- Design and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
- Develop performance management frameworks and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to drive workforce optimization and retention
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs
- Manage HRIS systems and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience in tech or SaaS industry environments
- Expertise in employment law (NY, CA, and federal regulations)
- Advanced data analysis skills with HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP)
- Strong strategic planning and change management abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
