Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 500+ employees
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
- Oversee compensation/benefits administration and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Drive DEI initiatives and create inclusive workplace policies
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in NYC labor laws and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
