Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all organizational levels
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Experience developing and executing DEI initiatives
