Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including performance management systems, recognition programs, and career pathing frameworks
- Drive HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations and internal policies
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, conducting market analysis to maintain competitive offerings
- Champion DEI initiatives through training programs, policy development, and data-driven analytics
- Manage HRIS systems (Workday preferred) to optimize data integrity and reporting capabilities
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads on organizational design and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a management role within tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and compensation strategy development
- Proven experience implementing HRIS platforms and leveraging HR analytics for decision-making
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, ADA) and compliance best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing HR teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives
