Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across technical and operational teams
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and performance management systems
- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor laws and internal HR policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation structures, and performance management
- Proven track record of implementing HR technology solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven HR decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
