Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost retention and productivity
- Oversee performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Develop and manage compensation/benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and organizational development
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Lead HR technology implementation and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday/SAP experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes for 500+ employee organizations
