Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including performance management and career development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, EEO, FMLA)
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Implement HR technology solutions to optimize workflows and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required; SHRM-SCP preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday or SAP experience highly valued)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in HR metrics and reporting
