Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience in employee engagement and culture-building
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in HR metrics
