Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives and growth initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs
- Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and diversity & inclusion efforts
- Manage HR compliance, risk mitigation, and policy development across global operations
- Drive HR technology implementation and optimization of HRIS systems
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate HR impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR functions in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies for competitive tech markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
